We specialize in one-on-one instruction, so we can assess and build a program of bio-mechanically sound movement for YOU.  Private Pilates sessions are especially helpful for those looking to do Pilates to help with back pain, sciatica, or other common issues. 


New Yorkers run a daily gauntlet of health and body challenges.  Whether it’s too many hours in front of a computer, overly enthusiastic sessions on the spin bike, or a history of daily high heels,  PIVOT aims to present Pilates in a way that compliments whatever is being thrown your way.
